We source our Cacao products, both butter and powder from Peru. They are certified organic and super healthy;


  • Cacao is PACKED with natural compounds.  Most authorities claim that cacao has more antioxidants than blueberries, pomegranate, cranberries and even red wine.  Yet, all these fruits and drinks are great for a healthy diet and lifestyle.

  • Promotes good health. Cacao is one of the best sources of natural magnesium, which is critical for a happy and healthy heart. Perhaps this is why its such a lovers food.

  • Promotes good blood circulation. Theobromine is a superior vasodilator, which means more oxygen gets pumped into your bloodstream, making it a great food for exercise.

  • Rich in minerals. Cacao is a seed which contains many vital minerals our body needs to function optimally.





This delicious sweetener ​comes from coconut palm blossoms. With a rich toffee-like flavour, it's a minimally processed sugar that has not been filtered. Coconut trees produce 50-75% more sugar per acre but use less than one fifth of the soil nutrients and water, making Coconut Sugar an extremely sustainable product. Coconut Sugar is naturally low on the Glycaemic Index (GI), with a rating of 35. Low GI ratings allow for a slow release of energy, efficiently fueling your day-to-day activities and avoiding the “highs” and “lows” associated with most commercial sugars. Many people with a sensitivity for Fructose have found Coconut Sugar to be beneficial since it is primarily Sucrose based, however, it is important to note that it isn't entirely Fructose free and can contain between 3 to 5%. 


Adding a slight creamy texture to our chocolate is this amazing superfood oil - high in capric acid, caprylic acid and lauric acid (over 50%), healthy fats that are good for your digestion (anti fungal), thyroid, hormones, immune (antibacterial and antiviral), just naming a few benefits. And on top of all that its delicious! We use NiuLife Coconut oil in all of our chocolate bars.



This Peruvian superfood has a subtle sweet caramel flavour and a smooth creamy texture which is enjoyed as a natural sweetener.
Lucuma is an excellent source of carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins and minerals, and is gluten free, dairy free, vegan and low GI. Lucuma pronounced "loo-ku-mah" is referred to as "Gold of the Incas" and is a fruit that looks like a cross between papaya and a mango and plays a role in many traditional Peruvian celebrations because of its extraordinary nutrient composition and distinct sweet flavour.


Our organic coconut milk powder is free from milk protein and maltodextrin, which can be sneakily added to the conventional product. So creamy, delicious and high is healthy fats as well as essential minerals of iron, magnesium, manganese and phosphorus. This yummy ingredient adds a smooth creamy texture to our vegan white and milk chocolate bars (Salted Caramel and Rose & Goji).
