At Raw Integrity Chocolates (RIC), we love chocolate! So, we decided to start a company that produces quality chocolates which are both delicious and healthy. 

 

Kristina - the founder of Raw Integrity Chocolates is absolutely in love with CHOCOLATE, HEALTH and EDUCATION. As a naturopath she discovered the benefits of CACAO as God`s given gift - full of antioxidants, abundant nutrients and minerals especially high in magnesium (hello muscles and sayonara to period pains).

 

Kristina worked on the recipe for 2 years - first starting when she was living in Brisbane and working at a health food shop. The initial recipes were a little shaky but still a hit with her house and work mates so she decided to pursue her journey to finding the perfect recipe.

After many attempts, research and tasting days (no complaints) the delicious taste was there but not the texture. Initial bars had to refrigerated and would melt very easily so not very convenient.

 

Finally, in mid 2015 she found a gold nugget (not literally but almost) and the new recipe was born. 

 

Now, we are able to bring you the delicious and healthy 100% pure, organic, raw and vegan bars. NO nasties added. We hope you enjoy them as much as we love making them.
